Cola Shrimp-Stuffed Chicken Wings

Juicy deboned chicken wings filled with shrimp paste, marinated in cola and savory sauces, then air-fried until glossy, caramelized and tender.
Ingredients
Frozen shrimp
Chicken mid-wings
Fresh ginger, cut into pieces
Cola
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 spoonful of salt

01 Place the frozen shrimp on a tray and put it in the LumiBake S1 18L.
02 Select Defrost mode and defrost the shrimp at 45°C for 45 minutes.
03 Carefully remove the two bones from each chicken wing while keeping the skin and meat intact.
04 Finely chop the thawed shrimp until it forms a smooth shrimp paste.
05 Transfer the shrimp paste to a piping bag.
06 Pipe the shrimp paste into each deboned chicken wing until evenly filled.
07 Place the stuffed chicken wings in a large bowl and add the ginger pieces.
08 Pour in enough cola to surround the chicken wings.
09 Add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and 1 spoonful of salt.
10 Mix well so that all the stuffed chicken wings are evenly coated with the marinade.
11 Marinate for 1 hour.
12 Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the air-fry tray, leaving a little space between each piece.
13 Place the tray in the LumiBake S1 18L. Select Air Fry mode and cook at 180°C for 22 minutes.
14 Remove the chicken wings when glossy and caramelized, then serve warm.
